Shipping
All our orders are processed in max 3 days.
Our items are currently shipped in one mode:
Standard: shipping in 10 - 14 working days.
(in very busy periods, such as holidays or Black Friday, shipments may be delayed).
Please note that:
- Some items are handmade to order, therefore production and shipping times (from the artisan to our headquarters) must be added to our normal processing and shipping times, which can vary up to a maximum of approximately 20 working days.
- Products purchased with the "Pre-Order" method require longer shipping times as they are still in the production phase. If you want precise information regarding a pre-order product, please contact us at the following email: info@ndehome.com
