We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Be sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please keep in mind that the photo may differ slightly from the actual item in terms of color due to lighting during photo shooting or monitor display.
From time to time there may be a problem with an order. We are human too! If this is the case, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem has occurred as a result of an error on our part, we will be more than happy to replace or refund the item.
- Defective product: if the product has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong item sent: If we send you the wrong product, color, or size.
Oops! Somewhere along the way, you may have made a mistake? If any of these are then it is up to you to make things right and unfortunately, we cannot refund your item.
(For example: Address provided incorrectly: If you made a mistake in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.)
If you feel that an error has occurred due to our mistake, first of all, please accept our sincere apologies! Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any item we have made a mistake on.
All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be shipped.
The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address indicated at the time of the original order.

Instructions to request a Return:
- Take a photo of the problem: If the problem is with size, use a ruler.
- Send an email with the subject “Order no. “YourOrderNumber”

Please include the following:
- Take the necessary photos
- Write a specific description of the problem
- Enter the order number - If there are multiple products in an order, identify the product with the problem
Our support team will respond within 1 business day and return instructions will be provided.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return requests for orders received and delivered after 14 will be politely refused. We hope you understand.
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items received that are faulty or damaged will be replaced with the same item free of charge. We also provide full refunds in the event of faulty or damaged merchandise.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Refunds will not be given if the customer ordered the wrong item size/color/quantity etc.
We ship exactly the items selected at the time of purchase. If you need a change to your order please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make this happen and accept your request.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order and no refunds will be given.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time for the officially posted refund to be issued.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.
