Shipping

What are the shipping methods?

Our items are currently shipped in only one mode: Standard

When will my order be processed?

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within max 3 business days from the order date and shipped on the next available business day.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes place within 10-12 working days.


However, it is possible that the waiting time may extend up to 15-20 days from the order date, due to: poor supply at the warehouse level, delays related to holiday periods, logistics company strikes.

How do I know where my order is?

Once the order has been shipped, you can monitor the position/status at any time via the tracking link that will be sent to you via email or on the Track your order page by entering your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/debit/prepaid cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX).
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Google Pay, Apple Pay.
  • Bank transfer (For orders over €250)
Can I pay in installments?

It is possible to pay in installments thanks to the partnership with the provider Klarna.

What is your return policy?

We offer a standard 14 day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, Never used, with labels and original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of the return is always at the customer's expense.

Can I cancel/modify an order?

If you need a change to your order please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make this happen and accept your request.

When will I receive the refund?

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to your card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item or requesting a cancellation. Contact your card issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be released to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to post to your account. You will still be sent a notification of the refund either via email or SMS.
